Big Plays Lift Tigers Past 'Dors

The ADM Tigers football team delivered numerous explosive plays on Friday night, cruising to a 49-27 victory over the Boone Toreadors on Youth Football Night. The Tigers showcased their offensive firepower, piling up 322 rushing yards and scoring six touchdowns on the ground to secure their fourth win of the season.

First Half: Neck-and-Neck Early, ADM Takes Control
The game started evenly, with both teams scoring a touchdown in the first quarter. ADM struck first and then Boone responded back to even the score 7-7. ADM quickly responded. Quarterback Hudson Shull led a scoring drive capped off with one of his three rushing touchdowns on the night, but Boone returned to the ensuing kickoff to bring the score to 14-13.

Second Half: Tigers Pull Away
The Tigers continued their dominance in the second half, scoring 14 points in the third quarter while shutting out Boone.  Shull's 60-yard touchdown run was the highlight, while Jonathon Hatchitt added a 57-yard rushing score, showcasing ADM's ability to break off big plays. Taylor Kinney got in on the action with a 44-yard rushing touchdown, while Shull added another score, extending ADM's lead to 35-13 by the end of the third.

Boone managed to score two touchdowns in the fourth quarter, but ADM's offense remained in control, adding another touchdown to secure the 49-27 win.

Shull's all-around performance fueled the Tigers, contributing to four total touchdowns, while Hatchitt and Kinney's explosive runs kept Boone's defense on its heels.

Defensive Standouts
ADM's defense also played a pivotal role, with 37 solo tackles and several key stops. Jonathon Hatchitt led the defense with four solo tackles, while Talon Harvey recorded a sack, and Travis Jacoby contributed another.

Jackson Pitzen and Brayden Rynearson each recorded interceptions, halting Boone's momentum and keeping the Tigers firmly in control.

Special Teams Impact
Kicker Ethan Asche was perfect on the night, converting all six of his PAT attempts, while Colby Simons added 134 yards on three punts, with a longest punt of 52 yards.
