ADM Races Past North on Homecoming Night

The ADM Tigers gave their fans plenty to cheer about on Homecoming Night, overwhelming Des Moines North with a commanding 56-14 victory. ADM set the tone early, jumping out to a 35-0 lead in the first quarter and never looking back, finishing with a total of 36 rushing attempts for 246 yards and 5 touchdowns.

The Tigers' offense was led by quarterback Hudson Shull, who not only rushed for 28 yards and a touchdown but also threw for 130 yards and 2 passing touchdowns. Shull connected with wide receiver Corbin Reed three times, accounting for 102 receiving yards and two touchdowns, including a 62-yard touchdown on the first play from scrimmage.

On the ground, Jonathon Hatchitt led the charge with 41 yards on 4 attempts, including a 21-yard touchdown. Keaton Kier added 48 yards and a touchdown, while Cameron Forgy and Talon Harvey each contributed short rushing touchdowns to bolster the Tiger's lead.

ADM's defense was relentless, holding Des Moines North scoreless through three quarters. Karver Sutton, Grant Jansen, and Martavious Finnell each had key tackles for loss, and Devin Gelhaar recovered a fumble for a touchdown to stifle a North offensive drive.

In the kicking game, Ethan Asche nailed all five of his PAT attempts and kicked off five times for 249 yards, including two touchbacks.

Des Moines North managed two touchdowns late in the fourth quarter, but the Tigers had already put the game out of reach, sealing their 56-14 victory.

With this win, ADM continues their impressive season, improving to 5-1 overall. The Tigers will look to build on this momentum as they face their next opponent.
