Tigers Win Home Tournament

The ADM Boys Soccer team went 3-0 in their home tournament on Friday, April 5th and Saturday, April 6th. The Tigers defeated Van Meter 2-0 on Friday night and then capped off the weekend with a 4-1 win over Waverly-Shell Rock and a 2-0 win over Des Moines East. The trio of wins moved ADM to 5-0 on the season.

In the first match of the tournament, ADM netted goals in each half to secure the 2-0 win over Van Meter. Seniors Karson Kay and Peyton Meier both tallied goals for the Tigers.

In the morning opener on Saturday, ADM jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead over Waverly-Shell Rock and then added two more goals in the second half. Four different Tigers scored goals: Rhylan Stine-Smith, Cael Orban, Brock Richardson, and Peyton Meier. In the finale of the tournament, ADM got a pair of goals from Karson Kay to bring home the title.
